Mental Health Care for

Adults

Adulthood comprises a number of distinct stages from young adult through to middle age, older adult and moving into what is sometimes called old age.  Each of these stages comes with its own unique  opportunities, challenges and stressors.

Most people will face some sort of mental health issue at some time throughout their life - whether it is associated with a trauma or negative life event - such as death of a loved one, divorce, or changes in employment - or more chronic mental health issues or illness such as Bi-Polar Disorder, Personality Disorders, Schizophrenia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Learning Disorders,  Neurodevelopental disorders or complex or childhood trauma.

We provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention to assist  adults and families as they navigate their mental health journey. We use appropriate, validated, reliable and targeted psychometric testing and thorough interviewing to identify and clarify issues facing each individual client and use evidence-based best-practice therapies to offer positive outcomes. We offer a safe, friendly environment in our Ballarat office and can support clients via telehealth or home visits within the region.
