Mental Health Care for
Infants to Adolescents
Childhood to adolescence is a time of great change - physically, emotionally, developmentally, academically and socially, There are challenges negotiating the developing sense of self, peer relationships, growing responsibility and independence, academic pressures and family relationships.

Sometimes this journey is marked by sadness, grief, trauma, overwhelm, or worry. Sometimes we might be concerned that our child's development is different to peers. We may have been directed to psychology services by another Health or Educational Professional. Or we may just feel that our child isn't coping. Your child may have received funding through the NDIS.

Our therapy aims to help children feel safe, develop self awareness and strategies for better mental health and unravel some of the questions they may be facing like "why am I sad?" or "Why don't I want to go to school?". We also work closely with parents to help them understand their children's difficulties and formulate consistent, supportive responses where needed. We provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention to help you create positive outcomes for your child and work collaboratively with Paediatricians, GPs, Educators and Allied Health staff.
We are highly experienced working with children and young people and our offices are welcoming with activities, fidgets, games and toys to appeal to children of all ages. As parents, we are experienced in working with and building rapport with children of all ages. Our clinicians keep abreast of Australian and International research on child and adolescent mental health and issues placing pressure on young people.
